I am trying to find the most beneficial abdomen exercises for women 30+ after two C-sections.?

Hi, the most common abdominal exercises are Crunches, Reverse Crunches, Russian Twist or Sit-ups.

An alternative is Yoga which has many movements that focus on the abdomen. Its also quite fun!
